Electret capsule on phantom power

It mostly will have 1,5 to 10 volts what is much more lower then 48 V phantom power. Solder a 6,8 kΩ between both legs. And to lower rf dirt solder a 100 pF capacitor in parallel to the resitor.

To not have an open and floating cold wire solder again a 6,8 kΩ resitor and 100 pF capacitor in parallel and then in series on the open cold leg. This then on ground.

Then best shield it all with desolder wire copper band.
